Turnover Summary Report


The report is very similar to Master Annualized Turnover, but it does not show any detail. It only displays total percentages on personnel turnovers per quarter of year for every company code.

To gain access to report:
  1. Go to HR Reports, select Statistical Reports, then Turnover Reports and click on Turnover Summary.
  2. Use display calendars to set report range dates. This report may also be requested by Fiscal Year (FY2009, FY2008, FY2007, etc.). User may also select one of two options: Custom or Closed Pay Periods, and then proceed to choose the desired date range for report.
  3. Regardless of which option was selected, the field "From Date" will always be the first day of the Fiscal Year -July 1st-, but the field "Thru Date" can be set to be any date within the Fiscal Year.
  4. Use drop down menus to filter report by Region, Country, Location Code, Business Group, Business Unit, etc.
  5. Click on any of these two checkboxes:
Note: Turnover reports can be pulled at any time. Turnover Summary report will show three columns:
  1. Annualized total terminations.
  2. Annualized voluntary terminations.
  3. Annualized involuntary terminations.
All three will be shown in percentage. Calculations for each quarter are based on the following formula:

(((Total employees terminated during the quarter / Headcount at the last date of the last month of the quarter) * 4 quarters) * 100)

Turnover Summary LOS Report

This report is the same as Turnover Summary Report. It displays percentages on personnel turnovers per quarter of year for every company code. The difference is that the Summary LOS Report excludes the employees who were terminated during their first 90 days of service.

  1. Go to HR Reports / Statistical Reports / Turnover Reports and click on Turnover Summary LOS.
  2. Use display calendars to set report range dates.
  3. Filter report by selecting the corresponding hierarchy levels. If user's access is restricted to one company, then some fields may be grayed out.
  4. Click on any of these two checkboxes:
Turnover Summary LOS Report will inlcude the four quarters of the Fiscal Year selected. Keep in mind that depending on the selected date, certain quarters may contain data or not (see samples).
This report includes three columns:
  1. Annualized Total Terminations
  2. Annualized Voluntary Terminations
  3. Annualized Involuntary Terminations

All three shown as percentage. Calculations for each quarter are based to the following formula:

(((Total employees terminated during the quarter excludes the employees who were terminated during their first 90 days of service / Headcount at the last date of the last month of the quarter) * 4 quarters) * 100)
